“Frank visited to undertake a survey of the property as we were suspicious of the presence of rodents. He arrived at the agreed time, was polite and courteous and removed his shoes when inside the house. He carried out a thorough check of the property and grounds and gave us informed advice on how to proceed. In our case this was to not immediately proceed with a treatment as there was no evidence of pests. We agreed to monitor the situation for any further evidence and contact him again should suspicions arise again. We thank Frank for his professional opinion.”
