“I phoned SCPC and Frank came the next day to assess. He advised the course of action needed, together with the price. The treatment started immediately and Frank put my mind at rest by letting me know I could contact him at any time should I find any dead rats and he would come and remove. He came to us 6 times and each time explained exactly what he had done and why. He gave us very sound advice, possibly he might have solved our rat problem sooner but I moved some boxes (necessity) after he had advised to try not to change anything. All rats gone now and I thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Fantastic service, very good value for money, we had already had one pest control company out who had not managed to eradicate the nest, SCPC were slightly more expensive but value for money was very good, they will come out as often as necessary until the problem has gone. Frank did a great job when we were reaching the end of our tether and really did not know what to do about it. The bait stations put down were very discreet, the advice given was excellent, always on time, friendly service. Would not hesitate in recommending SCPC.”

“On our return from a long holiday we discovered rats in our loft. We contacted Frank and he came and inspected the site the following morning even though he was very busy. He explained our problem and gave us a detailed view of the nature of our problem and our options. Very quickly we realised that we had access to a real expert and he imparted his knowledge on the subject, the problems associated with rats and the likely outcomes and timescales involved. We engaged him on the spot and he came back every week until he had finished the job. We give our highest recommendation!!!! Thanks Frank!”

“Called Frank when I discovered Rats! He came out and explained my options and how rats “work”. Bait boxes were put down and Frank called on a regular basis until no more rats. Franks very polite, easy to talk too and is happy to answer any questions you have, very efficient and always prompt. Would highly recommend to anyone with a pest problem.
