“Frank is excellent. He is very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. He obviously has a care and commitment to his work and we really appreciated his honest and friendly (never pushy) manner. He was clear about what he would do, what it would cost, and always made appointments in advance which were all kept. He got rid of the rats in our loft / under the floorboards for us within a couple of weeks and we are delighted with the service we received. We cannot recommend him highly enough and would not hesitate to call him again, although, with the greatest of respect, we hope we never have to!”
