“Very impressed and a very quick service to attend my property once I contacted them. We had a rat get in to our bedroom from under the floor boards, and in by the radiator pipe work. They were all in the cavities and Matt who attended assessed the property and found there was a break in the party wall in the loft with the neighbours which had been empty for a long time. He advised we block this and he put posion down. He returned every other day until the bait was not taking. Overall this was a quick service with very Knowledgable workers and very reasonable priced.”

“I telephoned regarding some wasps in my garden they were very helpful on the phone and someone came out the next day, I didn’t have a nest so they didn’t charge me anything not even for a call out which is rare in this day and age, the gentlemen they called was very pleasant and gave me lots of advice, I would like to thank them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody”

“Called this company, the phone was answered straight away, I explained I had a hornet and wasps nest and was informed someone would be out within the hour, which they were. Dan arrived, he was a very polite young man who assured me they should be dead within 48hrs, if not to contact them and they would come back out free of charge to sort. It was all done from the outside in a timely manner and everything left clean and tidy. Price was reasonable, I had a cheaper quote from another company and they never turned up! So happy to pay. I would absoulutly recommend this company, thank you SCPC.”

“Friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and professional, would highly recommend. I had seen rodents in my garden so phoned SCPC – Frank couldn’t see any burrows on my property, but as they had been “visiting” I decided to proceed with treatment to get rid of them. After 5/6 visits over several weeks the problem was resolved!”

“They arrived promptly; were very courteous and professional and explained in detail what they would be doing and were very thorough in checking the whole house for the infestation, even checking the drains and sewer. They explained that it wasn’t just a case of keep coming back to bait and trap them, but it was important to find how they were getting in, which they did. We appreciated, and were impressed with their approach as this has meant they have cured our problem with hopefully no need for any future visits. We have been singing their praises to everyone and would highly recommend them.”

“I found cockroach-like insects on my garden doors. I did some “internet research” which resulted in a couple of sleepless nights as I was convinced that german cockroaches were moving to my flat. Eventually I called Frank and sent him a few photos. Frank got back to me promptly and reassured me that they were harmless insects, that do not infest buildings rather than german cockroaches. He was keen enough to reply to my follow up questions. I can’t express how grateful I am for his help and putting my mind at ease! I should have call him earlier – some things are better left to the professionals.”
